When working on a project, I will process your data as follows:

 

•   In emails and letters to you, to the local authority, to building contractors, engineers, building control

 

•   In the project brief

 

•   On drawings and visualisations including digital media

 

•   When storing project information

 

•   In planning and building control documentation shared with the local authority, building control and contractors

 

•   In the specification

 

•   In contracts established with contractors and suppliers

 

The data I collect is processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner in relation to clients, contractors and suppliers. It is collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes, i.e., the delivery of a project and not further processed in a manner that is incompatible with that purpose. It is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the delivery of the project. It is stored securely and appropriately. I do not maintain a marketing list or share your data with third parties unconnected with the mproject you have commissioned. Data, including drawings, information and correspondence, is retained to the end of the limitation period of 6 years post contract.
